Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please inform us immediately via text or phone call. Requests to modify your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice will incur no charges. However, cancellations on the same day or no-shows will be billed 100% of the booked service. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and any prepaid session packages will be counted as a single treatment session.
